I am a Swedish artist working with acrylic painting and sculpture. I have been painting as long as I can remember and I often explore encounters between animals, nature, and emotion. I am drawn to moments of curiosity, tenderness and quiet tension, often using color, movement and atmosphere to create a sense of story. After many years of painting, there was a period of almost ten years when I lost inspiration and the ability to create. For personal reasons, I could not paint at all. When I eventually picked up the brush again, uncertain and hesitant, a new path slowly began to emerge. The works collected in "Vägen tillbaka" (The Way Back) reflect that return. They include both early paintings and digital works created during the period when painting on canvas still felt too difficult and became the first steps back into creativity.
